I have been hearing more and more about the health benefits of bone broth. So, I have decided to do my own bone broth challenge!

For the next 3 months, I am going to drink one 8 ounce glass a day.

Potential health benefits of bone broth:

1. Good for digestion

2. Protect the joints

3. Look younger

4. Sleep better, and feel better

5. Immune support

6. Stronger bones

7. More energy!

DAY 1: I know it doesn't look like much, but, it was tasty! It was perfect comfort food on a cold day. Like a cup of hearty soup. I enjoyed it as my post-dinner drink.
