Time for another installment in the Bone Broth Diaries!
I know it has been a couple weeks since my last post. The holidays were a busy (but wonderful!) season. But, I did, for the most part, continue drinking my 'bone juice' :P
It may have been the two weeks I (sort of) had off, but my joints have been feeling great! I was having back issues and shoulder issues, and as of now, those are almost completely gone! Like my Mom told me, maybe it took some much needed rest over the holidays for my bone broth to START working :)
This week, it is time to make some more! And it is going to be extra special. I am using leftover ham bones from Christmas dinner! With some meat still on them, too. Should be extra delish!
I also found this Turmeric Bone Broth recipe (http://femfusionfitness.com/turmeric-bone-broth/) and decided to add in some turmeric and bay leaves for extra digestive support.
