I am nearing the end of my bone broth experiment! -tears-
Last time I posted about my shitake mushroom bone broth. It was delicious! It had a nice light flavour, but, still very savoury.
The last couple of weeks I have been having Sweet Potato Chili made WITH this bone broth instead of using beef stock. Success! Can't even tell the difference! And so much better than using CARTONED broths that have added sodium (or the no salt added stuff which has SUGAR in it! What the heck!)
I will do my final post either next Tuesday or the Tuesday after :) Stay tuned!
